Replying to Avatar Kibbyson

Landed my first triangle submission tonight from half guard. I've never been good at the triangle. My training partner was a 13 yo kid and I have 30lb on him but he's got stripes and I've got none lol. I'm taking it as progress.

That seems like a tricky spot to get it from too! Was he on his feet or knees?

I think he went to one foot but now that I think about it again I'm thinking it was full guard.
