1 I've run 55 times and covered almost 500 km since January 1 steadily getting stronger and faster. My diet has been locked in and I've not had any alcohol in 89 days. I'm down 27 lbs and still have two months until my half marathon. Proof of work is a mantra.

What do you think your target pace will be? Do you have a training plan?

I'm not quite sure yet but I'm hoping to target a pace of 4:45-4:50/km.
