I know someone in Germany who is being investigated for posting explicit imagery on naughty Twitter and will likely have to pay a fine. He writes: "German authorities do not consider the age verification system of Twitter to be enough. So flagging your content as sensitive here or switching your account to private, unless you can proof you have checked every new follower about his age, is NOT enough."

I would have recommended Nostr, but my understanding is that video content is not yet supported (or at least cannot be shared in a censorship-resistant manner).
