Today I started my morning by reading the Bible and praying. I went to breakfast. Returned to my room. Encountered an issue with housekeeping. Rather than blowing a lid, I made a complaint using my very own effective approach. You gotta be calm and cool, but clearly articulate the complaint without being overly emotional. Result: I received a free complimentary night. 🥳💃
