Strawberry rhubarb pie and rhubarb jam are popular things to make, at least here in the State of Maine.

As kids we would peel it and dip them in sugar as we ate the stalks.

We alway had strawberry rhubarb pie or crisp when I was growing up in NH

This are cool lids.

What is the application for this?

First time I’m trying it. Can use it as a topping or condiment. Like pickles. One batch is flavored with ginger and honey. The other with cloves, honey and cardamom.
