Other than the intensity built in intensity slider, there's no OS feature for it. Other ways would require risky apps with accessibility services that could also reduce performance and not actually do as they say.

We allow users to set it high enough to a setting that at least eliminates all blue from blue pixels. It's more noticeable if you use an app like the Clock app for instance.
