Today i cancelled a new contract before instalation for internet and 2 mobile phone contracts. Service was great from sales and then everything for organising install was carried out through time wasting AI chatbots on whatsapp. Their loss. I dont care if you save 10-20 employee costs using this. You simply have no right to waste peoples time like this. What could be organised in a 2 minute voice call ends up as 2 hours of circular gibberish? Do not deserve my custom! I sincerely hope others do the same as we will end up in a society with zero service and great frustration otherwise
