instead of counting #zaps maybe count total #sats zapped. it is far easier for the smaller sat/zap teams to rack up high zap numbers. every one of my zaps is easily 3 of a 21er's zaps

In my case, I’m using them for counting zaps ⚡️ sent by each team. Every time you make a zap it will add up to the stats at https://uselessshit.go/nostr/zaps/
Soon I’d like to also use them as vouchers/coupons eg. one could get a discount when purchasing access to my paid relay etc.
Also some clients like snort or Amethyst will display accepted badges in your profile. You can manage badges at https://badges.page too
