Should Amethyst convert all URLs in a post into FileHeader records?

This would add a hash of the contents from the URL into Nostr such that if the server changes it's contents, all Nostr users would know it has changed and might not be what the user intended anymore.

Depending on implementation this could cause side effects as well.

I should be able to post a link without retrieving that link.

If it's a one time access, then this could cause the remote server holding the resource to delete immediately
