When I was younger and surrounded by losers. People used to constantly say I was “so opinionated”.
It always confused me.
Like you’re a person too, don’t you think about the things around you and also form opinions?
Then I realized the answer was no they don’t.
That brought it into focus for me.

I've had jobs in the past where Ive had opinions about problems and I want to solve these problems.
Unfortunately, I can't most of the time because that's the way management is running things.
Family and friends asking why I care so much about a job I don't even like.
My response was, "I'm spending my life doing this thing. I'm spending my time and energy. I want to care. I need to care."
I'd ask, "Don't you care when you go to work?"
A common response was, "I just go to work and come home. It's just a job."
That mindset scares me.
I've said something a long the lines before like I care, management doesn't, so it's my job to make them care, but I can only do so much. đź«‚
