Nostr will draw the users as soon as either no-coiner-celebrities go full Bitcoin and eventually transcend to nostr OR when the hurdle rate to adopt nostr is low enough for a FIAT celebrity to move over.

Seriously though, if not earlier by any weird coincidence, I'd guess no earlier than 2030. I think both nostr improves in usability and simultaneously the enshittification of the trad-socials (or centralized-socials) will intensify.
Funnily the former is in the hands of ourselves, while the latter is not.
