Why didn't Wikistr simply copied the mirror and used mediawiki on the relay nostr:nprofile1qqsrhuxx8l9ex335q7he0f09aej04zpazpl0ne2cgukyawd24mayt8gprfmhxue69uhhq7tjv9kkjepwve5kzar2v9nzucm0d5hszxmhwden5te0wfjkccte9emk2um5v4exucn5vvhxxmmd9us2xuyp?

Ratchet looks to work with ReactPHP. If so it looks possible to make an identical Nostr version. That would be awesome as it would benefit from many of the advantages of the protocol.
What exactly do you mean? That we should have used wikitext?
Mediawiki https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki That standarized CMS is awesome for collaborative projects of hypermedia stuff (-pedies, dicts, thesaurus, etc) and many useful tools built on top of Wikipedia over time currently use it as baselayer as well (and don't undervaluate the huge benefits dapps over ws can get from wp as oracle -it's not a coincidence that even Google integrated wp- plus the benefits that a fork/mirror of the "sum of all knowledge" can get from a perhaps less censorable network protocol).
