Taxation is theft. And…I’ve heard that tariffs are a means to shape trade between nations. The same people (in my circles) saying taxation is theft are telling me that tariffs are good. Whatever the case, the show is entertaining…until the first shot(s) are fired.

The problem with tariffs is that they are effectively a sales tax for nations and an excise tax on the people. They're essentially an international middleman.
