Rumble doesn't have YouTube's 10 million daily active users.

It's uncensored as a policy. The people running the company have good ethos. But if they receive a court order telling them to take down content they'll be forced to comply.

Policies change because

If censorship is possible, it will happen if it has not already. That’s a given.

Someone will upload something so bad or very illegal, they’ll censor before getting a request from law

The kind of censorship I am concerned with is the political kind - shutting down content that goes against their narrative. YouTube is at that stage where they just censor whenever they receive the phone call.

You would think X is not but that's a joke becaus they consistently and without qualm censor all US and Israeli war crime footage, of which there is a LOT.

Will rumble censor extreme woke content?

I don't think they would censor anything.
