Also i am curious if that comes from latin or greek (i guess latin)

Did you know that your name is a quite common female name in Greece?

There is also a weell known (in Greece) 1955 greek film called Stella (Ī£Ļ„Ī­Ī»Ī»Ī±)

I had "Despot Stella" in Serbian or something, for a while, but nobody got that it was the same name.
