5 minutes would already make a lot of difference for most.

Why do I feel so confident on this? A daily practice helps you respond to things instead of react. You aren’t in fight or flight all the time. You are able to see the truth on things more clearly.

The biggest difference from 50-100 years ago is people didn’t have the phones around to cure their boredom. They were potentially meditating without even realizing it. Today, people don’t ever allow themselves to be bored and it’s causing major issues in society.
