It hard to make the argument that 11000111010111001101011110010011001 beats land.

I’d rather look out my windows and see my wealth than look at my app.

FWIW I’m pretty hypocritical in this regard, but working in the direction that I want to go.

Land is only a government grant as long as you pay the extortion fee known as real estate taxes.
