So you're looking for pens that seal well.

I carry a black Fishscale MaJohn A1 pretty much at all times and it's never spilled on me. I clip it to my shirt as it is a click-pen.

Another great set of pens are Asvine's line and these ones can be clipped or pocketed. I personally love their P20, V126 and the V200. All of these pens seal really well and I've had no issues with them leaking.

Additionally, you could get a LAMY Al-Star or Safari as an EDC pen. They're pretty robust and easily pocketable, but their clip is unbelievably well-designed so they could be clipped as well.

Another method I think helps keep pens from spilling everywhere is to put them in a sleeve. I've got several I'll use but they help keep the pen safe from damage and getting jostled around too much.

Hopefully that helps a bit!

I have that problem with a Pilot metropolitan, but not with the pilot plumix. The only other pen I own is a vac filler that always stays home. Vacuum fillers have a cap at the back that screws down to seal the ink chamber from the feed. They are commonly recommended for travelers because they won't leak even with changes in air pressure, like when flying.

Both the Asvine V126 amd V200 are vacuum fillers.
