Yeah, I took the lazy way out, haha. For now, you can only delete a single notes using its hex ID. Most clients let you view the raw event, and the id field there is the hex ID you need.

Still having probs trying to do this. I input the event ID but it doesnt seem to actually filter any events by id, it just wants to delete all events. Other filter options like npub and kind # do seem to filter successfully.

What you're seeing on Jumble is probably coming from other relays.
