Interesting. Did work fine with me. I stopped using it though as I set up a public relay myself. You may want to add it to your list of relays :-).

I don't always want to use tailscale either and it's fun and interesting to experiment with setting up relays; and it supports the nostr ecosystem. So a win-win I guess.
