I want to create exclusive long-form content for Nostr, I really do, but when I try to create my publication on highlighter, it just hangs... am I doing something wrong?

Huh...

Here's my flow. Seems to work.

Write a blog with bearblog.dev. super lightweight and loads snappily. Also privacy oriented.

Point to my domain, expatriotic.me

Use MacDown on my Mac to edit using markdown and live preview.

Pop into Stacker.News where people can zap it. Have it cross post to nostr where people can zap.

The text appears in nostr also rather than just being a hyperlink. Links to external posts aren't great.

What do you mean when you say "point to my domain" - point what at your domain?

bearblog.dev allows you to blog with them. But everyone will see the name bearblog.

Mine eg is expatriotic.bearblog.dev

But if you buy a website domain, eg I own expatriotic.me which I use for receiving emails "myname@expatriotic.me", you can route your bearblog to that domain. I did this and now if you go to expatriotic.me you arrive at my blog expatriotic.bearblog.dev
