Heard. I’m moody but am one of the ones who has worked with homeless population & know the mental struggles. Sincere apologies for the slavery you and your coworkers are in.
Don't get me wrong, I only wish the best for these debtors but honestly a lot of it is self inflicted. People are delusional. For example I had a father of 2 tell me he can't pay his bill because he is paying for his kids to play high level soccer. I had to explain to him that him getting sued is going to be worse for his kids compared to him taking his kids out of sports. My own father declared bankruptcy so I have empathy but you can't help those who can't help themselves
