Global is still looking kind of spammy to me. Is that the same for others?

On Amethyst you need to remove write permissions to global and chat groups streams.
Damus has something similar.

It's waaay better for me these days. No quick way to tell that I know of, more like trial and error removing and replacing relays. Feel free to check out the relays I am on and see if there's a couple you have that I don't and try remove those first

Look at the relays I have in my profile. All are free. No spam.
