I honestly believe everyone has the possibility of redemption with the right help. For some it's easier and others much harder, hardest for those with sociopathic/psychopathic tendencies... but still not impossible. Just highly improbable.

Best thing you can do is know your own boundaries and keep such people at an arms length.
