Yeah, nothing wrong with a little cbd.

I just like to take a break every now and again. Sometimes its a few days, sometimes a few weeks. I even do it with caffeine, which for me is only a small amount of morning coffee.

For me, the experience of reality changes slightly which I think is beneficial and its nice to know none of the three have control over me.

Alcohol is really the easiest to take a break from since it hasnt been a consistent daily indulgence for me for years.

Not off the morning coffee this round.

No set timeframe, no pressure...could crack a beer tonight...who knows. Just listening to my body.
