I don't see it difficult either. I think it's the simplest process ever. what comes after the signup is the unclear part.

Relays? why do I want those?

I can't recover my account?

If someone hacked my account I can't message customer support?

etc. etc.

Ah yeah, for sure. Just talking about the initial steps. I think relays should just be hidden and let them learn about account migration on their own when they need to 😂

That's onboarding, creating a key pair is not onboarding.

all the people I helped joined nostr created a key pair and never posted a single note. lol
