First time since we got our new printer in October that I have been able to print multiple copies of the same document. If I set the number of copies in the printer preferences on the pc screen, it will not print but one copy. If you spend an hour figuring out the menu, then eventually you realize that functions lead to print copy multiples. The manual was exceedingly unhelpful!!!
