It's just the anexity of wanting something.
If you obsess over it then it becomes bigger than it actually is.
If I didn't think about it then it would seem like nothing but since it's the main thing I've been thinking about then I'm being super dramatic about it not being here.
Damaged, and lost packages are pretty rare, and it's mainly because underpaid employees neglect packages, and the internal mail systems operate at high speeds to get deliveries out quicker.

I think I would have a lot more mental clarity/less stress/anexity if I had a supportive gf/wife.
