Totally with you - although with my higher ApoB on my latest lab tests - I may need to back off eating slices of butter while I'm cooking! 🤔

Still wrangling with the differences in opinion between Paul Saladino and Peter Attia on the ApoB significance...especially since the rest of my labwork is in great shape and Lp(a) isn't an issue for me.
