You can hide and the gov can't. That is either a good joke, or naive, or something else. Cannot tell.

Its like when gov says its want back doors that the bad guys cannot use.

Try watching a whale chasing fish and see if you can track one of the fish. There's no missing the whale.

Whales and fishes are all pretty trackable in the internet. In a sense its what it was made for.

The US gov cannot move BTC without it becoming news. In fact, it was recently in the news that they moved a lot of BTC to coinbase. This is trackable without a big brother apparatus. People pay attention to them just because. They have thousands of employees to track all the rest of the BTC and they still can't prevent me making an anonymous wallet to receive, while my KYC wallet only spends. They need constant costly maintenance to monitor us, while I need nothing to thwart it because nobody cares about me. Eventually the surveillance state loses to entropy, and in the meantime is useless against anyone who cares about being tracked.
