There was a time not long ago where there was an impression that Bitcoin didn't have much going on. Some people still have that impression. But, remember when we used to argue about OP codes, or block size? Or Bech32?

Now we have Lightning, Cashu, Fedimint, Nostr, Zaps, value for value podcasting, lightning addresses. It's crazy. Things are happening fast.

I'm gonna put 1000 sats on a paper wallet and throw it in the trash in honor of the old times 🍻

Zaps are so easy and fun that it’s probably the best way to take lightning mainstream.

If Twitter is any indication of a pulse on the lightning network usage then we are still super early. Incredible how many have never used it or still have no idea it’s a thing and it works.
