Browsing through old ideas: is there finally a client that groups reposts to clean up the feed?

Plain repost/boosts of the same note can be grouped in a compact form, so the user can see it just one time (at least in a defined timeframe, let say 12 hours) in the feed, saving precious space and so reducing the noise.
