You can’t heal what you won’t reveal.
To create change, we must first acknowledge the parts of ourselves that are in pain or in need of healing. You have to show up. You have to do the work.
And part of that work is setting the intention to be positive. Positivity isn't about putting on a facade of constant happiness or ignoring our struggles. Positive thinking is rooted in authenticity and self-awareness. It's about being real with ourselves and revealing the thoughts and beliefs that no longer serve us.
