Sorry to interupt this thread, but I do agree with #[2] here. I believe you can have long lasting friendships but there will always be ups and downs throughout 🫂

thank you girl, exactly... it might be rare but its definitely possible 🫂
Always 🫂
Yes, 100%. Two of my best friends I have known as long as I can remember. And yes we have fallen out and had our disagreements but we always find our way back to each other.
I think the most important part here is having friends and family you feel safe enough around where you can be yourself 💜
(I could write a lot about this lol)
I guess you were luckier. Called my best childhood friend this week, he wouldn’t even come to my birthday party 🥳😅🥲
But how old are you? Because you lose touch with everyone in your late 20s
It’s not about luck, it’s about investment.
Not financially, but emotionally.
Well said 🫂💜
I’m sorry to hear that🫂💜
I’m in my mid 20s 😅
I understand how you feel, but it doesn’t need to be this way. I think #Nostr is a good example of how a community can come together and cheerish each other. It doesn’t mean we have to physically meet. We can meet online and still feel a sense of belonging, which is extremely important to they’ve in everyday life 🫂
I feel like that depends. Not that I’m there yet. I know people who are in their late 20s or early 30s who still have long lasting friendships. That doesn’t mean they see each other all the time, but when they do see each other it’s meaningful.
I hope we all here at Nostr can make you feel like you have lots of people who care for you 💜✨
Please don’t make Nostr sound like a cultish support group for nerds 😂
I know very well that it is one, but it’s nicer to pretend otherwise 🤪
owww that's so sad I'm sorry to hear that 🥺🥺
