Just read an article saying that you can host a relay on a Linode server, this is what I was wondering. Maybe I should try then.

i almost got a linode server for my strfry instance specifically but was able to figure out how to get it running in a udocker container on my uberspace asteroid. they got great customer service and are very affordable.
