Ad timestamps; i can't remember if it started in trumps first term but I recognized that he did interviews when the chopper was running in the background and instantly thought about: what if they are doing this with intent. Adding noise which is random and so the videos can't be faked/spoofed?

That's what I meant. I thought they do this in order to 'protect' certain speeches from being faked
