Just spent three days on a labour of love brining, slow cooking and crisping up a porchetta. At the same time I’ve been close to smash buying a treager because normal smokey pork belly would probably be better and is definitely more convenient.

i have a traeger because thats what the local store had and its great, well worth it imo

Same here. Pellet smokers are not that common in the UK, but my local garden centre happens to stock them.

Looking at one of the double walled models because it’s chilly here in the winter.
