I’ve certainly heard worse! But the guy making the speech doesn’t usually use the words that were in the speech. Otherwise it really wasn’t bad.

If he practiced it a few times it could’ve been. 6.5-7 out of 10. Throw in some gestures and pacing and you could get to 8 😂

I saw another one tonight that started with and ended with “We’ve been through some hard times”.

Literally never got off the ground after that.
