Hi Ava, thank you for posting this comment. I was vegetarian for a while, more recently vegan, but now I'm in the in between phase (eating mostly vegan meals but I will eat a piece of chicken or beef). I haven't seen a lot of vegans/vegetarians open about their experience switching between diets, even though that's a reality for many people. I'm hoping to get back to a vegan diet very soon since I felt my best on that diet so far ♥️

Of course. Thank you. I understand that place well. I think many are afraid they will lose their "street cred" or their identity as this or that if they talk about it openly. For those reasons and more, I think it's important to do so. 🫂💜

I do. I just spend too much time with animals to kill like that. They are wonderful teachers.
