Hydrogen in planes can, however, work. Did a project on it over 20 years ago. Airbus were researching it, don't know what happened to that project actually...
From a #climate point of view it’s where does the #hydrogen come from. The vast majority will come from #methane steam reforming which ultimately creates as much #CO2 #pollution as regular #Kerosene . It’s just the #fossil fuel industry #greenwash
perhaps, just perhaps we could get away from cars? ;)
