3 rds FT: (16 minute time cap)

Accumulate 1 minute Wall Sit holding a 25 lb plate on legs

7 - Strict Pull Ups

25 - KB Goblet Squats, 53 lb

400 Meter Run

round splits: 5:26, 4:45, 4:23

The first round was a little longer because I got locked out of the gym and had to wait for someone to open the door.🤦‍♂️
