Check out our local initiatives and advancements in the food industry. Since our inception in 2020, experience has proven to be our greatest teacher!

Previously, our revenue model was intricate and time-consuming, with narrow margins and excessive overheads. To address these issues, we've pivoted and established a nonprofit organization, allowing us to efficiently pursue endeavors that make a positive impact.

Cool! How are you dealing with onerous regulatory oversight from Ottowa?

Continuous frustration. I’ve had some hard hitting blows.

Saskatchewan told the feds to pound sand. They might lose fed crop insurance, but... good

Ontario is the problem. The health unit and dairy regulators have jumped up our asses more than once for the tiniest infractions. Ie. I have a shopkeepers exemption for glass bottle dairy—but they cracked down on me delivering it. Each person has to physically get it from my store or I have to get a distribution licence. Even though I transport it 4hrs to my shop.. it’s all senseless.

Its all part of their plan.

So tough to build community around food right now.
