Black oyster mushrooms sautéed in butter and EVOO.

4 farm fresh brown eggs scrambled and dumped on top. I cooked it a little too long, but, oh well.

I also pan toasted some whole wheat bread.

Delicious!

nice cast iron 😉

It's probably as old if not older than my parents. My dad got it for me as a christmas present a few years back and it's my favorite pan for nearly everything! It does need some attention, though.

Just keep cooking in it. I love my all of my cast iron especially my vintage pieces.
