there will certainly be a demand and I personally am a big fan of such businesses.
Listened to a podcast with the founder of Fold on nostr:npub1sk7mtp67zy7uex2f3dr5vdjynzpwu9dpc7q4f2c8cpjmguee6eeq56jraw and sparked the idea. Could use the 20+ years and connections in the hospitality industry to make it happen
