is retarded, inefficient, fraudulent, idiotic:

one example of how 'wires'work:

you give the bank all information which you are given by the other party

bank account number

bank name

address

your name

your bank account number at the other bank

etc

you fill out the form, cut and paste it

you make sure that all information is correct

you double check the pasted information, triple check it

after 5 days it is still not there

you complain, they tell you they cannot find it

they tell you that you need to go back to the other bank and get the 'deposit slip'

then you need to get back to the sending bank asking for the 'deposit slip'

they do not know what you mean

you have to explain everything again

then they send you something that looks like a telefax from 30 years ago

you send this 'telefax' to the other bank

and wait

how idiotic !
