No, that using energy is a bad thing

One could argue that it’s not bad to enjoy a cigarette, but I think most of us would agree that the smoke is harmful for our lungs. Using energy is maybe not bad but it doesn’t come without negative externalities.
Using energy is not "maybe not bad", it is incredible. To compare it to smoking cigarettes is insanity. Look at how we are communicating now. Using energy has made the state of the world orders of magnitudes better for humans.
