God loves His elect people, whom He sent Jesus Christ to be sacrificed for, so that they would be redeemed to Him.

God does not love reprobate pedophiles who make a mockery of Him and make a kingdom of Sin.

Can a reprobate pedophile be saved by Christ’s atonement? If so, then some of those you hate may yet be saved. Who are you to claim to know who is to be saved and who isn’t? You are not God.

No. The entire definition of reprobate is one who God has given over to Sin, therefor, God would never contradict Himself by regenerating someone whom He has already given over to Sin.
