Sit to stand - set of 10 (no hands)

Leg ups - set of 10 (hold for 5 secs)

Knee squeezes set of 10 (hold for 5secs)

Sitting marches -set of 20

Bike riding (12mins -3miles)

Swinging (on a swing, not at a party 😉)

Sag ( 2 mins) -place heel on elevated service while sitting flat on floor or table and hold , can also apply pressure)
