Hi Nostr folks

I got some question regarding Lightning. can someone please enlighten me

1. If it's 2/2 multisig, how come one party can broadcast the transaction? doesn't that make it 1/2 multi-sig?

2. If I open two payment channel using the same wallet. Do I

A. have two separate 2/2 multi sig? Or

B. do I now have one 2/3 or 3/3 multi sig?

If it's A, then how do lightning network actually works between channel? As that is already different wallet and for transfer to Happen it must be broadcasted to bitcoin network
