IDK, I just try to do the best I can. I try to run 6 miles a day. Sometimes more. It has helped me a lot mentally. Being able to calm my mind while struggling physically doing something I hate everyday. Really helps me with everything anything else I may face in my day. Helps me stay ok best way I can explain it..
